Costs for 3 classes + ranitidine, and price of 3 most common formulations of cimetidine (as an example)
PPI, H2RA, and overall switch rates
changed labels on graphs and did some calculations for results section
Deleting redundant detail and organising structure for sections that:
-define BNF code
-produce graphs showing trend in national items/spend

This looks great @avanthika-sivakumar, can see you've both put a lot of hard work into this!

There's just some redundant code that we could get rid of, and there's scope to organise the structure of the notebook to be clearer. I've added a commit to this Pull Request which starts off this tidying process for the first section.

If you could look through from the section titled 'Retrieve Data for Table of Values' onwards that'd be great. Try to trim some of the code that we aren't using (e.g. some of the chloropleths we have scrapped now, and anything to do with 'switch rate' we aren't using now either). Then, for the code you keep, see if it can be organised in a clearer structure.

Once this is done, it'll be much easier to accuracy check the bits that we actually are using.

If you have the pr/2 branch open in GitHub desktop, then you should be in sync with the changes I've made above, and any further commits (including deletions) you make will continue edit the same code.
