Return AERI server extension to make tests work again. Also, try to fix warning appearing after RD installation into eclipse.

Also, I updated tycho version to 1.3.0-SNAPSHOT. Another change was removal of 32-bit libs from target platform and removal of org.eclipse.qequinox.ds dependency from TP configuration. All changes made to parent pom.xml.

We did our best and implemented what is necessary to make aeri run again, upstream bug needs to be resolved first: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=540306.
