We need to have jars signed: https://download.eclipse.org/oomph/archive/reports/download.eclipse.org/releases/2019-09/index/org.eclipse.reddeer.eclipse.feature.feature.jar_2.7.0.v20190717-2012.html

   - uses jarsigner to sign the produced jars, bundled in maven plugin
   - added new profile eclipse-sign for artifacts signing
   - udpated eclipse orbit udpate site to RC1 2019-09
   - added plugin repository for eclipse maven signing plugin
