The "Run On" feature to be re-implemented in v3. In general it should:

Extract the repository URL from the GET request (username & password as optional parameters)
Extract the application main page or service URI from the GET request
Clone the project
Publish the project with all the dependent projects if any
Open a new window/tab pointing to the URI
