Update of the documentation related to latest changes in logging

• I tried to do my best, but it is not perfect (yet), but I will probably add more after I will forget everything and I will try to follow my own documentation :-D
• partially replaced links by xrefs and <<>> local refs
  • absolutely great thing is that both maven plugin and Eclipse IDE can validate these references, so you immediately know that you broke something
  • the bad thing is that remote links are NOT validated, so I tried to find everything by fulltext search in Eclipse. In current documentation many links don't work, I created issue Documentation - prefer xref and adoc suffix instead of link and html  #24070 to fix it in another PR.
• indexes of tables, images and examples were added to the result document again (just in admin guide now)
• I have found yet several bugs, some are new, some are old, all must be fixed. Now I don't want to write any documentation for some time :-D
