- impl is now standalone and not depending on the parent pom anymore
- artefact id of the implementation has been updated to "soteria" (by default the jar name should therefore be soteria.jar now)
- test folder has been deleted, as these were moved to the TCK earlier
- Flattened pom added for implementation
- Eclipse License check tool added
