User Cannot Create/Edit/Delete Child Accounts

Although user has ALL Account permissions, child accounts cannot be created, edited or deleted (screenshot No. 1). When User tries to create a child account, Kapua returns an error saying that user does not have account:write permissions. When Cancel is pressed, child account is created anyway. The problem is that Kapua freezes after this (screenshot No. 2).

Testflow:

1. Login as kapua-sys
2. Go to Users and add user (e.g. kapua-user1) with ALL Account permissions
3. Login as kapua-user1 and go to Child Accounts tab
4. Try to add/edit/remove a child account.
   Kapua returns an error that user does not have needed permissions for the operation, although user has ALL permissions.
