Submit Button Not Active Although User Has Selected A Tag From Dropdown Menu

@ct-ajovanovic I am taging you as you have been working on this.
If user selects a tag in Devices -› Tags, Submit button stays disabled, until users does not click somewhere else.

Testflow:

1. Login as kapua-sys or any other user that has proper permissions
2. Go to Tags, create several tags (e.g. tag0, tag1...)
3. Go to Devices -› Tags and select a tag from dropdown menu
   Observe the behaviour of the Submit button - although a tag is properlz selected. Submit does not enable.

Expected behavior
Submit button should get enabled when a tag is selected from dropdown menu.
