Test for entity name validation

Add unit test for PR #2796

Describe the solution you'd like
Add test on validation for the following entities:

Tag.name
Group.name
Role.name
Trigger.name
TriggerDefinition.name
Job.name
JobStepDefinition.name
JobStep.name

For both create and update (where available).

Test also utility methods of argument validator

• ArgumentValidator.validateEntityName(@Nullable String name, @NotNull String argumentName)
• ArgumentValidator.validateEntityName(@Nullable String name, @Nullable Integer minLength, @Nullable Integer maxLength, @NotNull String argumentName)
