This PR contains a recipe which will prepare some configuration for the OTA-Client. The actual container image is still located in a private registry, but at least the needed configuration files will already be on the Leda image. During hackathons, pre-built SD-Cards with the OTA-Client container image pre-deployed can be used, until the official publication.
