Bug Description:

Ubuntu 24.04 no longer includes the libsecret-1-dev dependency required by keytar on Linux.

This is heavily related to the deprecation/replacement of keytar, see #13593.

Steps to Reproduce:

Run the CI on Ubuntu

Additional Information

  • Operating System: Ubuntu 24
  • Theia Version: 1.54.0
