Implement the next methods and add calling for needed events for Webview API:

  • registerSerializer
  • unregisterSerializer
  • reveal
  • viewColumn
  • onDidChangeWebviewPanelViewState

Please close the issue next time when it is really done. registerSerializer and unregisterSerializer were not properly implemented, see #5647
