Describe the bug

  1. It is not possible to reload a devworkspace from the following devfile:
schemaVersion: 2.1.0
metadata:
  generateName: java-spring-boot-
  1. Any changes in the file .che/che-editor.yaml are ignored.

Che version

7.73@latest

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a new workspace from the repo https://github.com/olexii4/web-java-spring-boot.git
  2. Change schemaVersion of the target project devfile to 2.1.0
  3. Restart the workspace from Local Devfile
  4. We will see an error.

Expected behavior

The target workspace should be updated in the same way as che-dashboard did.
