OK. When I tried the URL in the source code, it definitely did not work. But now it does. Maybe the page was down?!? So maybe nevermind? To be specific, when I updated the C++ library a month or two ago, I tried this URL and it did not work: When I tried it again yesterday, it also did not work. This URL has been working consistently: |

It's always worked for me so far. I'll leave this here for the time being, for reference. |

https://www.eclipse.org/legal/epl-2.0/ works for me, although it had kind of a slow load at first. So it may just be a CDN issue or something. So maybe this PR can be closed? https://www.eclipse.org/legal/epl-v20.html also works. |

It appears that the URL link to the EPL-v2.0 web page in all the sources is broken. This should fix it. I think I got them all.
