[ECO-1588] Add minimal JSON stats page to frontend

Description

Adding a simple page to view stats.

Post-launch notes

• Put the minimal JSON stats page you made into the frontend if possible
• Make the page only revalidate once every 60 seconds so people can't abuse it/use it to ddos the indexer
• It doesn't have to be pretty, but it'll be useful to show there
