This PR:

Fix Update composer.json for SF7 #98
Update the Symfony 6 and 7 dependencies constraints. The minimum Symfony version bound is now 6.4 and the upper bound is Symfony 7.
Will need ecphp/cas-bundle: add recipe for version 3.0 symfony/recipes-contrib#1687

- fix codestyle and standards - refresh composer.json
