This bundle transforms ACT files

Sample ACT files can be found on the N drive at N:\south_carolina\EdFi\Assessments\ACT\samples

All ACT columns with data dictionary descriptions and EdFi mappings can be found here

Important note: it was decided that the ACT should be split out by assessment subject and treated as separate assessments. The subjects are:

• Composite
• English
• Math
• Reading
• Science
• Writing
• STEM (a composite of Math and Science)
• ELA (a composite of English, Reading, and Writing)

Please note that Ed-Fi currently doesn't have a STEM AcademicSubjectDescriptor so I used Cross Subject

Tests and QC done:

• Ran successfully with several different export files
• Ran lightbeam validate, runs successfully

Please note that in order for this bundle to run successfully, you currently need to be using earthmover from this hotfix: https://github.com/edanalytics/earthmover/tree/hotfix/remove_nans_on_write, which will be merged shortly
