Election date isn't shown

Description:
There's no date to confirm or orient the user that the income or expense is taken from the election happened in a specific date/period.

Expected behavior:
When you pass the click through the column it should expose the Election and the Date (Year / Period). That improvent will clarify better the comprehension of the data.
