Known issues
The page is shown for a fraction of second without scrollbar and when the scrollbar is shown because the content is loaded, that looks like an unexpected change of page width to the user (e.g. the leading image, if set, and the navigation bar change).
On tablet resolution the search box's input, which is always visible in the header, has a black outline until the styles are completely loaded, but it is visible that the critical.css applies styles on it (e.g. it has rounded corners).
