Add a new game setup option for selecting scenarios rather than using random assignment
At the start of the game, in turn order, players select a scenario card. Scenario cards will be removed if they conflict with a chosen scenario (e.g. Fertile Ground and Abundance both use the same Technology card). Once everyone has chosen, setup continues as normal.
