- move event preprocessor normalizing packetbeat IPs and GeoIP support to packetbeat
- remove workers in sync/async publisher client modes directly forwarding events to output workers

- remove preprocessor worker completely from libbeat - introduce transaction publisher in packetbeat to event processing: - GeoIP - normalize addresses - simplify sync/async publisher client - update new_protocol docs and changelog
