Add selector syntax to index expressions #113144

The logic is shimmed into place and will be updated in later commits to propagate its results to callers.

Add logic for handling the selectors in alias filter collection.
Opening this as WIP for now. The selector syntax is now parsed as part of the expression resolution logic and is surfaced to callers of |

In order to pick up this amazing work from @jbaiera , I have to cut it into smaller pieces to ensure I can understand the work already done and take the next steps. To achieve this, I decided to split this into multiple PRs as an exercise. This is my aspiring plan, due to change, as we go further and understand the code better:

The new option is "include_ccs_metadata": true/false. * ESQL: Speed up grouping by bytes (#114021) This speeds up grouping by bytes valued fields (keyword, text, ip, and wildcard) when the input is an ordinal block: ``` bytes_refs 22.213 ± 0.322 -> 19.848 ± 0.205 ns/op (*maybe* real, maybe noise. still good) ordinal didn't exist -> 2.988 ± 0.011 ns/op ``` I see this as 20ns -> 3ns, an 85% speed up. We never hard the ordinals branch before so I'm expecting the same performance there - about 20ns per op. This also speeds up grouping by a pair of byte valued fields: ``` two_bytes_refs 83.112 ± 42.348 -> 46.521 ± 0.386 ns/op two_ordinals 83.531 ± 23.473 -> 8.617 ± 0.105 ns/op ``` The speed up is much better when the fields are ordinals because hashing bytes is comparatively slow. Examination of the tests show that the majority of them do not call either `close` directly or indirectly, indicating that the root cause lies with some previous test. As the `close` task inherits the default timeout of half an hour, an instance of it lingering about can cause a lot of damage to subsequent tests. The approach taken in this PR is to call the `_task/_cancel` endpoint after every test execution in the `MlJobIT` suite as the final operation. On supporting APIs, selector syntax is evaluated first in every index expression. The syntax only accepts a predefined list of selector names or the match all

wildcard. It does not support any other selector names and it does not support simple match syntax. Any unsupported usage of the selector syntax will raise an exception.Examples:
Selector syntax is compatible with other expression syntax like date math and wildcard matching of index names:
Selector syntax will not be supported on every API as it does not always make sense. For example, the create and delete index APIs operate on indices only and will not support selectors. In these cases, any selector usage will raise an exception:
API's that do support selectors will be configured with the default selectors to use when they are not provided on an index expression. API's like
_search
and those based on it will use only the::data
selector by default to avoid surfacing unrelated failure information in search results. Management and monitoring API's like the Get Indices API and_stats
will default to using both::data
and::failures
to surface information about the entire index/data stream/alias specified.
