When I implemented elastic#50609 I suppressed a few backwards compatibility checks until I finished the backport. I've now finished the backport so this enables the tests.

When I implemented elastic#50609 I suppressed a few backwards compatibility checks until I finished the backport. I've now finished the backport so this enables the tests.
