We'd like to update the wording on the cases settings page. To the following:

Case closures
Define how to close your cases. Automatic closures require an established connection to an external incident management system.
Automatic closure of sub-cases is not supported.

External incident management system
Connect your cases to an external incident management system. You can then push case data as an incident in a third-party system.

Comments:

  1. Changed titles to be parallel
  2. Sentence case for titles
  3. Changed automated to automatic. Does that work? (edited)
