Tab counter not updating when filtering search results in index pattern

Browser version: Chrome / Firefox

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): Staging

Describe the bug:
In index patterns -> for 'Source filters' and for 'Fields' and 'Scripted fields' the count in the tab is not being updated. This is working in 6.2.4.

Install Elasticsearch, Kibana
In Management -> Index Patterns
Click on an index pattern
When a search filter is applied the tab count is not updated with the search results

I don't think this is a blocker for 6.7+ releases.
