Describe the feature:

Currently the Percentile and Percentile Rank metric aggregations are not available in Goal and Gauge visualizations.

Support for using any aggregations that produce multiple values would need to be added to Goal and Gauge visualizations.

Closing this issue because this is supported in Lens visualizations. As of 8.4 (unreleased) lens now supports percentile rank function, percentile function, and has goal/gauge visualizations supported as well (there's also improvements coming to metric vis as well soon!)

Since this would require a large development effort to implement in Visualize and our efforts are focused on extending the functionality of Lens in easy-to-use and consistent way. We aim to provide the best possible visualization editing experience in Lens and are working to improve that tool and help users migrate.
