Elasticsearch now indexes its deprecation logs and soon other solutions will, too. We can update Upgrade Assistant with a UI that lets the user search and visualize these logs to identify deprecated features that they've been using.

If we can index Kibana errors too, then we could build functionality into UA that supersedes #10786 (notification history feature idea).
