Kibana version:

7.10.1

Elasticsearch version:
7.10.1

Describe the bug:
When I visit the data streams tab under index management in the Elasticsearch UI, I enabled the option to include stats. I then sorted on the storage size column. It sorted them alphabetically instead of numerically.

Duplicate of #86122. Fixed via #86204, which will ship with 7.10.2.
