ESArchiver should specify 'x-elastic-product-origin': 'kibana' when accessing Kibana's system-indices

In order to support Kibana's external unmanaged system indices, as outlined in #81536, ESArchiver will need to specify the 'x-elastic-product-origin': 'kibana' header when interacting with Kibana's system-indices:

• .kibana_*
• .reporting-*
• .apm-*

@tylersmalley it's my understanding that the Operations team still owns ES Archiver, if not please correct me! If my understanding is correct, can we get this added to the Operations team roadmap to be implemented by 8.0?
