Metrics data should be included in the latency distribution
https://github.com/elastic/kibana/blob/master/x-pack/plugins/apm/server/lib/correlations/get_correlations_for_slow_transactions/get_latency_distribution.ts#L53-L88 and spread into the distribution data.
