New Dash Warning

While having the new panel button higher is nice, it'd be nice to have a warning if you fill out anything for a given panel, a message that pops up and asks if you want to create a new dash instead.

I would go a different direction. I would want some sort of alert about saving the dashboard when I try to navigate away from a dash that I had changed. (basically an "unsaved work" sort of thing).

I moved the add panel to a tab, and the button to the bottom, and made the close button red. That should help with the confusion a bit.
