Elasticsearch terms_stats facet implemented in terms module. Some changes have been made in editor.html and module.js. You can choose standard terms or terms_stats facet in definition of the panel.

layout

Styles look broken in editor. Maybe select should be input-medium instead of input-small. And the next row has extra margin on the left.

You are right about this, but it is only cosmetic problem. Did you try functionality?

A few notes here:
Change panel.keyfield to be plain panel.field, no need to make it separate
