@lcawl This will break some links in the Beats docs (and probably other places, too). Do you want me to create a PR for the Beats links, or are you planning to do that? |

@dedemorton Hopefully the new "redirects" page that I added (modelled after the same thing in the Elasticsearch Reference) will buy us some time to fix broken links from other places. If you know where it'll break Beats docs, though, you're welcome to create that PR right away. |

This PR creates a "Getting Started" book by moving the existing content out of the Stack Overview. Additional information will be added in separate PRs.
It also fixes links in the Stack Overview.
