Each time a jitsi widget is added to a room the URL for the call changes, it would be nice if there was a way of reserving URLs for a room, so that the URL can be shared, and used for multiple calls. i.e. If we have a weekly dial-in, the url for people who are joining outside of matrix is the same each week.

This is potentially related to but not exactly the same as element-hq/element-web#5048
