Answering or rejecting video call from machine with no webcam is shown as 'other end ended the call' #466

if it can't be fixed, please report a specific error to the user (in ui).

i dont know how calls are handled in element, but i would think that videocalls (and hopefully screenshare calls) can be identified as such by the callreceiver.

if one call participant tries to join a screenshare call without cam, answer with eg.: blabla both devices need a webcam, otherwise screenshare fails, see ... (and here maybe just link to this issue, or better yet, some hinting to cam emulation).
everything else can then stay as-is.

This seems like a pretty essential use case. Are there plans to fix this anytime soon? I see that this bug is over 5 years old now.

If the call fails because of missing usermedia permissions or whatever we have a call event tile for it now
