future plans

Plans for dart-mode, roughly in order of priority:

1. new issues and pull requests as they come in, especially when of an urgent nature.
2. fix syntax highlighting and indentation, especially completing initial work done to remove cc-mode from implementation.
3. write up plans on what might be entailed in supporting the editing of flutter projects.
4. integrate more testing to improve robustness of project, refactoring code as needed.
