The first column that displays visually won't ever need right padding 1. On desktop, the second column has left-padding 2. On mobile, it appears on it's own line.

Using a a tip from @antoinegadp as a staring point, removing the padding from the outer-most container in the
rtlpattern removes the border in Outlook on Windows.Even though the
ltrpattern did not have this same issue, I rewrote this pattern as well so the HTML/CSS matches that of thertlpattern.
