Contributing steps do not work

Wanted to write a quick patch, but couldn't get this thing booted up. I followed the new steps and get this stack trace...

$ broccoli serve

yeah, I haven't had time to keep up with the broccoli api in
dist-es6-module. If you install broccoli version 0.2.2 (I think?) it
should work.

NPM no longer has any old version prior broccolijs/broccoli#88... might be worth an update to the newest API
