Description:

The main issue addressed in this PR is to update get_by_label() such that it allows access by name (what follows the hash in the IRI).

However, when we are at it, a few other things have been included:

 • access by IRI
 • documented how conflict in prefix in label and argument is handled
 • allow space in labels
 • added test for label, name and full IRI
 • added test for dir listing on the ontology (due to codecov complaining)

Closes #583

Type of change:

 • Bug fix.
 • New feature.
 • Documentation update.

Checklist:

This checklist can be used as a help for the reviewer.

 • Is the code easy to read and understand?
 • Are comments for humans to read, not computers to disregard?
 • Does a new feature has an accompanying new test (in the CI or unit testing schemes)?
 • Has the documentation been updated as necessary?
 • Does this close the issue?
 • Is the change limited to the issue?
 • Are errors handled for all outcomes?
 • Does the new feature provide new restrictions on dependencies, and if so is this documented?

Looks good. Please add a colon in name in the test, and then it should be good to go.

Dropped support for multiprocessing (mostly because
issue 82408

feature was
mostly working but very broken in certain scenarios and made the test
suite very flaky and slow.

migrate to that. All you need is this in your

.coveragerc
::

[run]
concurrency = multiprocessing
