In addition to crong string scheduler supports timezone parameter.
It could be used to take snapshots in specific local time.
Default behavior should remain the same - no timeZone means GMT

- Now 'timezone' property is available for scheduled jobs so precise GMT zone can be set, e.g. 'snapshot.snapshotname.timezone=GMT+02:00'. UTC timezone is used by default.
