ECS-512 Move to v5 descriptor

here is the v5 branch, so we can test everything from this branch.

• remove old bundle files for both MS and MFEs
• Fix bug [ECS-230] Update the SecurityConfiguration.java to avoid 403 on startup #234
• Add a Dockerfile to package the MS
• Remove DockerImageOrganisation prompt and references because it was related to the usage of JIB which is no longer used. Now the ENT CLI handles the process of building and so use a Dockerfile instead
• Change the basePath Spring boot actuator to /api cc @nshaw we should be sure we will break something else for other actuators than /health. Finally revert the changes, we should discuss that since it has some consequences to other actuator metrics. • create a mfe-config.json for each kind of MFEs
• Modify XXXElement.js to replace Attributes.serviceUrl with Attributes.config in the const Attributes list

This is working for me now. I'm able to use the blueprint, run all of the components locally, publish into 7.1, and have them work in 7.1.
