Update to ical (and Calendar) - Fixes bugs with comma-separated EXDATES, bad EXDATES, and duration calculations.

Updated ical & Calendar.js to fix comma-separated EXDATEs. Also adjusted EXDATE and RECURRENCE lookups to use date instead of date+time, since some calendar programs attach the wrong time. Fixed a bug on duration calculations for recurrences.
