Summary
When generating an .svg image with indigo-depict incorrect_substituent_position.cdr, the CN group is incorrectly placed in the rendered image.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. indigo-depict.exe incorrect_substituent_position.cdr incorrect_substituent_position.svg

Actual behavior
The CN groups are placed far away from the molecule.

Expected behavior
The CN group should be placed close to the molecule with a reasonable chemical bond length.

Additional context
Indigo is rendering the CN group with the coordinates internal to the fragment. Instead it should be using the coordinates of the parent node to place the group.
