Remove old controllers #255

Following on from #253 and #254, this PR now removes the old controllers and renames the new controllers accordingly.

* Remove the "New*" prefix from the new controllers

Just to be safe, I tested the new controllers on the real robot (joint / cart impedance and cart CompliantTwist), and the behaviour was as expected.
