[FEATURE REQUEST] Clarification of # [headers] line in docs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This is very small detail, but annoying enough to open an issue and PR. When using headers from a config file, the line where the

# [headers]

should be uncommented for it to work. I know it should be common sense, but if there was a like above it stating that, for it to be parsing header it should be uncommented, it will be better.
