- Previously, we were checking data availability at every PR, but it seems that INSEE doesn't like the number of requests and some of them are blocked. However, introducing a wait time would blow up the PR execution time.
- Therefore, the current PR should now change the behavior such that data availability is checked every Sunday at 10am.
