Arbitrarily bump version to 1.0.0. API is stable and it doesn't make sense to have it in production and still be on the 0.X versioning scheme.
- Upgrade to Swift 4.2
- Upgrade to Alamofire 4.7
- Upgrade to SwiftyJSON 4.2
- Upgrade to RealmSwift 3.13
