Description:
This adds compatibility to ESP-IDF v5 to the ADC component, preventing the warning message related to the deprecated libraries.
This is a continuation of PR#7940 which was splitting the files per platform, so if this one is merged, that other pr becomes obsolete. Or #7940 could be merged first to make this one smaller. 😉
