What I did

Various fixes involving subcalls and call traces for transactions.

correctly handle subcalls with no inputs
catch TypeError during reverted trace (when source code not available / bytecode not matching)
ensure _expand_trace never executes twice for the same tx
display raw return data when it cannot be decoded
