Issue Description

I launched an OP Sepolia node and the sync is going well, but I can't retrieve information at a specific block.

op-geth config please, Is your chain synchronized? I think it may be related to sync mode and whether it is already in sync state. full mode only saves the states data of the latest 128 blocks
